TASIS held a special assembly featuring a keynote presentation from Dr. William Sawyer, a senior computational scientist at the Swiss National Supercomputing Centre, and lessons in Elementary, Middle, and High School classes throughout the day were directly connected to environmental issues. The day of action will be followed by a week of awareness and activism with several anchor events designed to foster collaboration among teachers, administrators, and students.

The 2019 TASIS Summer Programs began with hundreds of students arriving on campus on the morning of June 21 and concluded with a series of wonderful Final Night Celebrations on the evening of August 9. The days in between were packed with intensive academic courses, brilliant displays of visual and performing arts, thrilling outdoor adventures, advanced sports training, exciting travel experiences, and much more.
