Shadow Day on April 2

This year’s Shadow Day will be held on Tuesday, April 2. Grade five students will spend part of the day with 6th graders, and 8th-grade students will be with 9th graders. The MS Student Council and the Event Planners Service Learning group will host the annual Shadow Day activities and assembly for the 5th graders.

A Beautiful Day for a Potluck

Dear Parents,

The TPA Potluck on March 12 was the perfect day to meet new friends and enjoy a delicious lunch in beautiful surroundings. Friendships were formed, ideas were shared, and the commitment to support our children and the community is stronger than ever. Thank you so much to Stefania Rovelli for opening her home and hosting a wonderful event.

TPA Easter Egg Hunt and Lunch on April 6

Please join us at the annual TPA Easter Egg Hunt and Lunch on April 6 from 11:00 until 13:30. The egg hunt will begin promptly at 11:00 and will be followed by a wonderful lunch in De Nobili.

While the egg hunt is designed for Elementary School children, please note that all families are welcome to attend the lunch. If you do plan on joining us for lunch, we ask that you please click on the button below to confirm your attendance. We hope to see you there!

TPA and PSC Survey Open for One More Week

Dear Parents,

The TPA and PSC survey discusses the TASIS Parent Association (TPA), Parent Support Committee (PSC), and ES room parents. We are lucky to have these volunteer organizations that help strengthen and improve our community. We value your feedback and appreciate you taking the time to complete this anonymous survey.

A Reminder About After-School Pickup Times

Please note that the after-school pickup times at the main TASIS campus are from 16:00 to 16:15 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and from 14:55 to 15:10 on Wednesday. Students not participating in an after-school activity must be picked up during these times. TASIS can not provide supervision for students who are not involved in an after-school activity and are not picked up by the appropriate time.

IB Visual Arts Final Exhibition Opens Next Friday

All members of the TASIS community and the general public are cordially invited to celebrate the IB Visual Arts Final Exhibition in the Palestrina and Ferit ┼×ahenk Fine Arts Center beginning at 16:00 on Friday, March 22, and enjoy some refreshments while discovering what our talented senior artists and designers have been up to in the studio over the past two years.

The exhibition, which constitutes the internal assessment element of the IB Visual Arts course, will also be open on Saturday from 9:00 until 18:30 and on Sunday from 15:30 until 18:30.

HS Musical Premiere Just Two Weeks Away!

Fall Tragedy turns to Spring Comedy with Gilbert & Sullivan’s very funny musical operetta, The Pirates of Penzance. This year’s High School Spring Musical features rousing swordfights, bumbling policemen, spirited teenage girls, comic romance, high-energy dances, beautiful songs, and, of course, PIRATES! With wit and broad humor, hummable songs, a playground of a set, beautiful costuming, and terrific performances from the cast, the show is guaranteed to be great fun for all ages!

The Pirates of Penzance will open in the Palmer Center on the evening of Friday, March 29, at 19:30, with additional shows performed in the Palmer Center on Saturday, March 30, at 19:30 and on Sunday, March 31, at 14:30.
